Lonnie Burley
Director of Short-Term Trips
As FAME’s Director of Short-term Trips, Lonnie coordinates and recruits participants for all of FAME’s Short-term Mission trips that are taken internationally each year. She has led teams to the Dominican Republic, Panama, Mexico, Honduras, Haiti, India, and Ghana. Lonnie has had extensive hands-on experience with missions for several years. Her experiences include leading teams to Haiti on behalf of Lifeline Christian Mission and now with FAME, coordinating efforts for the collection of donations needed for the mission field, speaking to individuals at area churches about their potential involvement on a short-term trip, and serving as a “missionary” at designated VBS programs each summer. Lonnie has 2 daughters, lives in Indianapolis, IN and attends Chapel Rock Christian Church.
