Come join us as we take a FAME team to Kenya! We are very excited to be partnering with Community Health Partners to serve in Narok.
Community Health Partners (CHP) is dedicated to serving the people of Kenya by meeting both their physical and spiritual needs through Christ-centered healthcare and community outreach. Partnering with CHP, our team will provide compassionate medical care through mobile medical clinics in Maasai communities, as well as by serving patients at CHP’s clinics in Narok. Together, we will care for individuals and families who have limited access to healthcare while building meaningful relationships with the people we meet.
Providing compassionate medical care is one way our team can serve, but there are also many opportunities for non-medical volunteers to encourage, pray with, and connect with those we meet. We also hope to share practical health education while supporting the ongoing ministry of Community Health Partners and its local church partners.
These medical clinics create opportunities to strengthen the ministry of Community Health Partners as they faithfully serve communities throughout the Narok region and Maasai land. Through these relationships, the hope of Jesus Christ can be shared, lives can be transformed, and local churches can continue the work long after our team has returned home. Our ultimate goal is to glorify God in everything we do while serving alongside our Kenyan brothers and sisters in Christ. We also hope to encourage the doctors, nurses, pastors, and ministry leaders as they faithfully meet both the physical and spiritual needs of those they serve. This experience is exciting, challenging, rewarding, and humbling as we join God in the work He is already doing throughout Kenya.
