Executive Director

FAME is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director to serve as Chief Executive Officer and lead the organization in advancing its global mission. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee programs and operations, guide fundraising efforts, ensure strong financial stewardship, and cultivate meaningful relationships with mission partners, churches, supporters, staff, and volunteers. This role requires a visionary leader with a heart for missions, strong organizational and financial acumen, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally in support of FAME’s work. A candidate would work alongside Bill Warren, current Executive Director, until his retirement in 2027.
