For the past 14 years, you and friends like you have made it possible for God to do extraordinary things through FAME during my time as Executive Director. Today, I’m excited to share some important news about FAME’s future with you in this short video.

This is an exciting season in the ministry of FAME. Through your generosity, prayers, and service, the staff has grown, projects are being funded, medical supplies are reaching healthcare workers, an increasing number of mission teams are serving alongside our partners, and people are receiving care that opens doors to share the hope of Christ. As the board looks toward the next season, I am grateful for Bill Warren’s leadership and his commitment to equipping our partners for medical evangelism. FAME has flourished under his leadership, and we have a strong foundation on which to build.

Over the last several months, the board has prayed, listened, and interviewed candidates for FAME’s next Executive Director. Through that process, we have become confident that God has brought us the right person in Mont Mitchell. Mont brings seasoned leadership, significant missions experience, and the heart of a pastor, qualities that will serve our staff and partners well as they extend Christ’s love through medical care. We look forward to welcoming him as Executive Director on June 1, 2027 and supporting him as he builds on the work entrusted to FAME.

As we thank God for all He has done through Bill’s leadership, we look ahead with confidence and expectation. Our mission continues: equipping our partners to bring help and hope to people who need care. You are part of that mission, and we are grateful to move forward with you.
