As we head into April, we’re so thankful to have you walking alongside us in prayer. It’s a full and meaningful month, and we’d love for you to join us in lifting up these moments along the way.
We start by celebrating Easter on April 5th and are reminded of the hope and new life we have in Christ. This is the reason behind everything we do at FAME.
On April 10, we’ll gather for our annual FAME Night of Hope, and this year, you’ll hear from a FAME partner who serves in one of the most remote regions of Africa, surrounding the Masai Mara (Animal Preserve which inspired the Lion King ‘Pride lands”). He leads nine clinics where care isn’t convenient or close, it’s life-changing. In places like this, a single visit, a single treatment, can mean everything. We appreciate your prayers as we prepare for the evening and all who will be part of it. Click here for tickets to this fun and inspiring event.
Right after that, a short-term team will be heading to Mexico from April 11–18. Later in the month, another team will serve in the Philippines from April 27 through May 7. Please pray for safe travels, strong connections, that God would work in and through each team member, and that the love of Christ will be shown in all that they do.
We’re also continuing to send medical supplies to our partners around the world. Shipments are going out to Ghana for Changing Lives Together, to Haiti with Five Star Global, and with a team traveling to Mashoko Christian Hospital in Zimbabwe. We’re grateful for the way these supplies help bring care and hope to so many. Please pray for smooth delivery and meaningful impact.
And we truly can’t say thank you enough to our individual volunteers and volunteer groups. From sorting and packing supplies to helping with events, their support makes all of this possible. We simply couldn’t do this work without them.
