Thank you for your continued partnership with the medical ministry of FAME through your faithful prayers. We are truly blessed to have so many lifting up this ministry and the people we serve around the world.

This month, please pray for two short-term medical mission teams traveling to Honduras to serve alongside His Eyes in Tegucigalpa and missionaries Felipe and Valerie Colby.

Our first team, made up of students from Corban University in Oregon, will lead medical outreaches in surrounding areas, providing care, supporting local medical staff through training, and offering preventative health education to families. These efforts also open doors for relationships through which the hope of Jesus can be shared.

Our second team, from First Christian Church in Johnson City, Tennessee, will also conduct medical outreaches and provide health education. While medications meet immediate needs, we are reminded that lasting healing is found in knowing Jesus.

Please pray for each team member, our mission partners in Honduras and the individuals and families they will serve. Pray that God’s love would be evident in every interaction.

We also invite you to pray for five new sustainable healthcare projects recently approved by the FAME Board at their last meeting, which you will be hearing more about soon. Ask God to provide the necessary funding and to use these efforts to share the Good News of Christ with all who receive care.

Also, please pray for our dedicated FAME volunteers who faithfully serve behind the scenes, each giving their time and talents to further the ministry. We truly could not do all that we do without the help of so many.

Lastly, as Memorial Day approaches, may we pause to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is not forgotten.
